Anyway, I accidentally installed the damn thing when it popped up in the system tray, and thinking it is just small little update, I clicked OK. The next thing I know SP2 is installing on my computer and there’s nothing I can do about. So, all was well after the installation. In fact, my tablet starts getting properly recognized, which is pretty great. BUT, what I didn’t realize was, my home network is dead! All the network computers can’t access the internet anymore and I can no longer share files with them. I fiddled with lots of settings to no avail. It seems that SP2 included a Windows Firewall in it, and upon installation, it destroyed my network! No matter how many times I try to turn the thing off, the network still doesn’t work!
Finally, I tried restarting my computer to see if that will help things. NO, it certainly didn’t. Initially, my internet worked fine, after that, THAT stopped working as well!! So, I was like wth? No amount of tweaking made it work again, so I proceeded to uninstall SP2. Oooooh, the horror… Not to mention the fact that it took FOREVER to uninstall, after it’s gone, my system tray went weird. It will only load around 6-7 icons when normally, there are a lot more. Thankfully though, the internet and home network works again, after some more tweaking. I think I have to reformat my computer now because during the uninstallation of SP2, a lot of important stuff was deleted as well. =/ DAMN YOU, MICROSOFT!!! I hate you, I hate you, I hate you!!!!! BAHHH!!!
